RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF SHALIMAR ALTEA SL

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping the Return: After your request is approved, send the package back to our logistics center using insured shipping with a tracking number.

Important: We cannot accept incoming packages sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Return Costs: If the delivered item is correct and not defective, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment platform disputes delay the refund process by 40 to 60 days due to mandatory banking review timelines. π EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you secure the item before it runs out of stock.
π° REFUNDS
We will notify you as soon as your return has been received, inspected, and verified by our warehouse.
Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing days to post the transaction to your account.

β ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only possible on the same day of purchase until midnight. Please send urgent cancellation requests via email to π§ support@shalimarmarkets.com. Once an order passes this window, it enters our automated fulfillment pipeline and can no longer be halted or cancelled; in this case, you will need to initiate a standard return upon delivery.
