  • Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands): 1 to 3 business days.

  • European Union Destinations: 3 to 5 business days (depending on the specific country or region).

  • International Destinations: 5 to 12 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your unique tracking number to follow your package in real-time.

📍 INCORRECT ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES

Please carefully verify your billing and shipping addresses before completing your order checkout. SHALIMAR ALTEA SL cannot be held responsible for address typographical errors or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

However, if a package is lost or misdirected due to an internal error on our part, we assume full responsibility and will implement a priority solution (immediate replacement or refund).

  • Within the European Union: No customs duties or additional import taxes apply.

📦 SHIPPING OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

Whenever technically feasible, all items associated with the same order reference number are consolidated and shipped together in a single package. In exceptional operational cases (such as items allocated across different fulfillment centers), multiple separate tracking numbers and packages may be issued.
